This Product is Awesome!,
I agree with the other post, this product does not deserve a “1″ ~ It deserves a “10.” If you have tried many protein type drinks then you expect an after taste, but this one for me by far has the least, and you do not have to mix anything. The grape is my favorite flavor over the orange and then the fruit punch. It kinda tastes like un-solidified Jello and it great if chilled.
The thing I love about them the most is they are low calorie (170) with no fat and only 2gms of carbs, so they are diet friendly. I get to consume the amount of protein I need without compromising my food plan.
I am a marathoner and protein is vitally important for muscle regeneration. These make it easy for me to get enough protein after a long run to give my muscles what they need. I actually used these during my marathons and I cannot tell you the difference they make. They can be added to your sports drink to consume a little bit at a time, or like me, I take them all at once at a designated mile (usually between 18 and 20). I cannot tell you the difference these make to push me past the wall and aiding to my recovery after the race.
I cannot speak highly enough about this product. A body builder friend turned me on to these and I thanks him all the time.

|Finally changed their packaging.,
I’ve enjoyed the versatility of this product since it came out awhile back. However, every time I bought a box there would ALWAYS be several in the box with the seals broken. However, there must have been enough complaints that they changed the packaging. The seal is now one of those shrink to fit perforation deals and all the seals were intact in this box.
The taste is good and even if it weren’t there is not much volume to these, so you could slug it down either way. I know most of the review was on the packaging, but if you used these in the past, you know what a hassle the old packaging was.
